Sent you guys a support message regarding payment types but still waiting a reponse? Racked up my first four sales, unfortunately, 2 of them have been refunded already. I'm aware these products have a high refund ratio, but is 50% a standard or am I simply unlucky on my start to the program.

Also very confused on the "live stats". They seem to actually every every hour or so, it's hard to tell what's going on.

Hi,

Whats the email you sent the message to, I can follow up with it for you. Regarding the refunds, 50% is defantly not normal. Our refund overall rate is actually 9.0%, thats coming from Sept1st till now. Probably just unlucky on your part.

And the stats are delayed to every 20 minutes, recently got changed.

Appreciate the quick response. I sent the email to affiliates@associatepay.com on November 6th, 2011. Email came from my hotmail address (ble*****_****@hotmail.com)

9% is quite promising for such a product and as I hinted in my email, will be doing a mass promotion of this product soon if all goes well.

Yes, we have a live cricket checkout along with many other sports like: boxing, football, hockey, baseball, basketball, golf, soccer, tennis, rugby

 

Some of these sports related affiliate programs you can't trust because they don't pay you and affiliate support is not there. Id recomment not to full promote a product like this until you receive your first payment. Until then just test them out, but don't use all your advertising money on them. Get paid first

 

A small message for the associate pay manager. Can i have an up to date screenshot of what your members area for the live football links looks like (or even better, a 24 hour test account)? I'd like to get a good overview (just an image is fine I guess) of the football streams on offer, if you could post a screenshot for a more recent version of your members area than the screen capture above! thanks.
