Great PR4 Directory with revenue priced for quick sale.

Up for sale today is one of my beloved directories www.vistadex.com

Description:
VistaDex is a directory I have set up for testing phpld templates, but in early December 2006 decided to publish it as a demo for SwirlMix phpld template. It soon became a very popular free template, and was blogged about on many phpld resources as a demo directory, thus acquiring permanent links. The directory received a PR of 4 this last google update mainly because of my network linking, I am willing to keep all the links from my websites to this directory for another month to help new owner in promotion. A very important factor about all my websites and directories is that I have unique IP addresses for each individual website in my network, that helps in everything including but not limited to SERPS, PageRank and BackLink count.

Traffic and Revenue:

I ran a promotion where link prices were reduced, featured@$5 and regular@$3 The $20 transaction was for 5 featured links where I offered the fifth one for free.

The price for featured links that month was $15 and regular links were $5, i believe.

Obligations and Terms:
The only thing I ask is that you don't delete any links from the directory or the template, you can remove the two directories in the footer, those are my links, but other than that, you have to keep all the links intact.
You can also change the template later on if you wish but you will loose all the permanent links from phpld resources such as this, I will just install a demo template somewhere else then. If you are ok with the look of vistadex as a free template, then more links to you

Reason for sale:
I have a few directories in my network but there are only some that I want to focus on and get rid of the rest. Even though this directory makes some sort of profit, it is one of the lowest performing ones out of all and thats why I am selling. The money will go toward phpld community and promotion of my other projects.

Can you tell me when the directory recieved a pr4? Many sites just had an update again on 1/27 which is the 2nd one this month. Is it this update it received pr or is it back on the update around 1/15. Right now it's showing pr0 on my toolbar but I see some datacenters have it at pr4. Do the words vistadex mean something or stand for something?
