PROXYZ.us PR4 good revenue from adsense

ProxyZ http://www.proxyz.us/ PR4 proxy site runs CGI Proxy script good traffic and good adsense revenue submitted the site to awesomeproxies and few other top sites for a paid link and also took a 500 PR4+ directory submissions from eXe last month. this is my best earning site earned $168 in just 40 days the site is facing hosting problem so I am selling to start a new venture

its not $150 and here are my stats
note the maximum unique visitors was 1953 but now I have few hosting problem.

 

your starting bid is 12x monthly income.

proxies rarely even make it to 10x when sold and usually go for even smaller multipliers.

obviously you can set any minimum bid you want but something to think about

Monthly income last month is about $40, start bid $1500, your start bid is about x40. I will bid if you come up with a reasonable start bid.

 

Agreed, recently proxies have being going for 3 - 6 months rev, so i think $150 is a good start bid

 

Problem with a host. A member is freewebspace promoised that he can allow me to host proxy sites so I hosted with him and then did all promotion after that after few days when I visited the site I got the suspended page. after that I have moved two hosts so If I can find a good host I can bring the traffic up again. so people come back to my site from 1953/day to 120/day now.
earning in one day approx is $4.5 so In a month it must do atleast $125(with a stable host) also the domain is a premium domain only one word additional to the term proxy

Bro, ive tried selling my proxy which has similar stats and i cant even get $250 for it so i dout your going to get over $1k for it here

with $270/ month in revenue, you're asking $800 for $40/ month in revenue...potentially less, looks like less than $1 average per day for the last couple of weeks. If you wish to revise I might look at it, good luck with the sale, but I'd share this advice: if you're looking for someone to buy something who has no idea what it's really worth, try eBay

 

wow your asking for way too much. you wont even sell it at sitepoint for that much.

 

People , stop ruining other people's sales .
He was trying to sell a site , not ask about how much you think it's worth .
If you want to negotiate the price , just PM him , if the the price seems unreasonable , do not bid .
What you are doing is unprofessional and very rude to the seller . Unless you suspect the seller of scamming, there is not real need to notify the other buyers of your views regarding the auction .
An almost-polite way of expressing such PoV would be bidding half the BIN and stating that this is your bid , whether acceptable or not .
