Downloading indecent pictures of children, of course it should be jail time. The UK jails are completely full, that is shocking.

 

This is very, very worrying news. The threshold to actually get imprisoned in the UK is quite high anyway - you only go to prison if you have repeatedly flouted your probation or community sentence OR you commit a very grave offence for which prison is the only option. That Welsh nonce getting away with a suspended sentence is absolutely ludicrous - the only consolation is that his face has been all over the TV today and the local hard men will probably do his knee-caps now anyway. I tell you - the UK is a banana republic without the benefit of fresh fruit. The Labour government - the biggest bunch of crooks you can imagine - far worse than the Tories ever were.

 

The problem is Nima, if there weren't low life scum bags prepared to download and watch this stuff there would be no market for people to abuse kids on camera. That's the top and bottom of it.

 

Heck call me a pervert if you so will, but I really think my view on this subject matter really depends on the age of the children in the pictures. I personally think yes, anyone under 14 and it is just wrong, but beyond that, I don't see see a problem if the teens are consentual [sp]. I should also point out a recent report showed that 1 in 11 people that activly download porn also download child porn.

 

The Labour party have been pretty shocking mate.

I remember when they first came to power the people were pretty pissed off with the Tories, since then it has got worse. And the thing is is that we (the people of the UK) have a fat fucking idiot by the name of Gorgon Brown due to take over from Blair around May 2007 even though nobody voted for him.

The next UK election will be tough to call as Cameron is equally as bad as Brown. God only knows which way it's going to go but either way the future is not looking good.

 

Trust me on this one TVCokeCan - the impotent way that UK law deals with things if there was any doubt at all that the kids weren't well underage he would have gotten away with it. The jury would have had to have been convinced that he knew he was looking at underage kids.
