I am not sure if someone has posted similar post like this but I am looking for some answers since I am new to Adwords. I received a mail with the contents:
What could be the impact of this change? What does paused ad mean?

A paused ad means that you are keeping the ad on your dashboard but you are not running it. You may want to pause an ad if you want to use it for easy comparison on ads that you are currently running. Think of it as a historical benchmark, rather than an A/B test.

The reason for them monitoring the ads is probably due to delays in their servers having to go over all ads in an account during their approval process.

This is probably why I received a notification this morning saying they are stopping the display of all my ads!
