    I am going to sell my sports site, it comes with a semi-active Sports Forum. It's a great site that basically runs itself since it already has posters and writers for the home page. I am only selling it because I don't have the time to run it anymore, I just got a new job!

    www.wisconsinsportstalk.com It has 220 members and 900. It's still pretty active with 20-35 members online in a day. The site traffic is going up now that NFL season is back and Packers are playing, also the Brewers are playing great! So traffic is really increasing.

    PR 2 Site + Forum made me around $65-$80 dollars a month. It comes with everything you see.

    To clarify, all of the writers are 100% volunteering, so you don't have to pay them anything. Since it's a sports site, they want the exposure of having their name on a decent sized sports site with solid traffic. This helps them in their endeavors as a writer, also it's good for the owner of the site since they don't have to be paid.

    Also with the Twitter/Facebook, all posts on the home page automatically get posted on those two social media feeds so no work to be done via social media.

    Revenue is coming from adsense.

    You mentioned above 'Forum made me around $65-$80' could you elaborate on that a bit, like has the blog turned over any revenue, could you PM me or post here a screen shot of the last 14days revenue ?
