Go have a look for yourself.

Perform any search, and watch the results.

Hi all, ive just noticed that the google have changed their images search. i dont know if it has been changed for a long while but i think its an improvement

They are now not showing the website the image came from and the image details unless you put your mouse over it.

It definitely looks cooler now. The results page now looks more neat compared to the previous Results pages.

I don't like this format...now we have to rollover the mouse on each image to check the domain name.

Yes, that does look better. But I do agree with sachin410 -- sometimes, I'm looking for a particular site and not, in fact, an image. I know this may sound crazy, but it's true! Having to mouse over each image creates a lot of hassle.

I think that it looks better because it looks cleaner, thats what google has always done the home site is very basic and thats obviously worked for them so why not take it into their search.

its look good without the url. cause i seen many people spam the url, just to ranked their image.
    ya, its a good effort.

    Hmm,

I get tons of traffic from google image searches. Usually my sites, have that extra link for more images from my site. Also, I tend to have good domain names. Those seem to be two advantages I lose with the new style.

Anyway, I will follow stats to see how I do. Not too worried, since it is ultimatelty the pics that makes someone click.

I think it looks better but I hate it from a functionality standpoint. I hate having to mouse over to see the size of the image.

Well, at first I didn't see the difference (I didn't move mouse over). But it's nice.
