I mention about link exchange services which permit dynamically generated ads code on pages of participants.

That is - HTML code generated by JavaScript while page is opening in client browser ...

Is it possible with Co-op Advertising Network?

Are you trying to enter your Coop Code into a program where ads are shown on random peoples pages?

You could never validate in this case and would get no benefit from it.

If I am misunderstanding, can you clarify?

Not at all! I'm speaking about my own project - SemantiCat. I want just add other link exchanges to the one (that is PlainLinks) I have now on each page of the project.

As I understand, identity of each ad-click is granted by referrer part of http request. So demand to validate "static" HTML-code of ads (links) exchange program - seems to be absolutely excessive.
