Infraction for hijacking?

I got an infraction for hijacking a thread today. I am not sure why. I even contacted the thread starter as I thought he might have reported it and he said he did not. I am an active participant in the del.iciou.us link exchange thread. I am not sure why I got it.

There was no explanation other than the following.

Thread Hijacking
Hijacking.

But it wasn't hijacked at all.

You need to makes posts that are relevant to the trade. Or else you'd really get one.

that is strange, and unfortunate, hopefully it is simply a one off for you.

 

i think it's the other post. at first glance i thought you were hijacking too because you asked people to bookmark you, when bondat was asking people to bookmark him. or something. i don't know.

 

Just be careful in posting next time and make sure that you don't look like high jacking a thread. You made that post before giving the details for the exchange so it looked like one. Just let this pass... I suppose your not close to getting banned anyway.
