    There are 3 greatest Facebook apps which can help you submit your blog posts and rss feeds automatically to facebook. Here are they:

    1. NetworkedBlogs ( can submit to Twitter automatically)

    2. My Blog Posts

    3. Social Rss ( for rss feeds)

    After you have enabled these facebook applications, your facebook will be connected to blog and then your blog posts will be added to facebook automatically. Note that it can also increase web site traffic for blog.

    I see a lot of my FB Friends using both of those. The news resources seem to prefer RSS Graffiti, and individuals seem to prefer HootSuite, from what I can see on my feeds anyway.

    Social Rss ( for rss feeds) is a good one to try. Be careful not to have too many duplicate posts on your page.
