Selling PR3 Health Niche Site for Sale - $150/m Since Launch

I'm selling my PR3 site: http://www.pharmacytechniciansalary.me

It's an exact match domain which targets a high paying, but not very competitive keyword. It's already making about $10 per month from Adsense, but because it got some good links back, the PR3 home page and PR2 inner pages are very valuable.

I've sold links here on DP for the site and been paid $70 per link. This makes a total revenue of $300 for the two months the site has been running.

I want to sell because the topic is boring to me and I can't be bothered to write about it. I'd also rather spend my time focusing on bigger, better sites that I own.

I've set the BIN low because I want a quick sale. If you are good at link sales and can get more money per link, you will make this site much more profitable. It's also on page 2 for pharmacy technician salary so if you did a month of backlinking you'd double Adsense revenue at the very least.
