    hi
I am looking to sell my site googlia.net with income of $900-$1500/month.
25% income comes from adsense search and banners and 75% through clickbank.
It has good alexa rank and so is the traffic.

Please suggest me the price and where to sell.

    Thanks

    Flippa #1
    Ebay #2
    Craigs List #3

many ask this question, what is the value" 5x/10x/25x" earnings, however go to Flippa, find similar to yours, see what sell prices are-what the market will pay
If you have all the docs/stats to support your claim, should be in very good shape...-good luck

Google the term - Sell Website.
    Browse results
    Pick one

Flippa is one of the better known ones. Maybe you should start there to give you some idea.

Ebay is not a good place to sell a website, it was a good place back in mid 2000-2006 for sites and domains, but not anymore. If you list it on Craigslist you're probably not going to get much of a response.

I would list it on Dnforum, Namespros, here on DP and on Flippa.

Although many people disagree with this, 2 years revenue is often used as a way to determine the value of your site.

You must sell it for 10 times (atleast) the monthly revenue. Flippa is good and you can also get a good price, just make sure to bring all the strong points along with multiple proof of income and you can easily find high paying buyers.

Just keep asking the right questions at the right places and you will be able to select the best from a number of offers. Just make sure that you are comfortable with the deal before you go through with it.

Usually the site is sold for a year's revenue, you could use Flippa

I think the best place to sell your website is Flippa. The transaction will be more secured compared to other sites. In my estimation, your site will be sold around 10k-25k.
