I have a network of proxy sites that have been setup this summer for the new proxy season. As I am a student I can't run the proxies for long after the school starts.
The sites are:

unblockall.info (setup at the end of July, is the youngest site)
blockedwebsites.info (setup at the end of july, has a nice high CTR theme)
unblockproxyschool.info PR3 (setup at the end of June)
unlockproxysites.info PR3 (setup at the end of June)
webunblockproxy.info PR3 (setup at the end of June. It is currently ranking on the first page of google for the keyword "unblock proxy" and it is dancing between the 9th and 1st position. The keyword has a monthly search rate of over 10000 searches for the exact match)

The revenue:
Revenue comes from adversal, adsense and edomz. The sites have made about 8$ from edomz, 7$ from adversal(since the start of August) and over 55 euros from adsense( only in August). In july I have used adsense and they have made about 18 euros.

The sites need minimum maintenance and don't use a lot of bandwidth. They have used 53GB this month. You can host them at vectro hosting for 3$ per month.

The traffic stats are good. The younger sites get about 50-100 unique visits per day and the older ones form 100 to 800 uniques per day( depending of the day of the month and its ranking on the proxy lists to which the sites have been submited). All the bad countries are blocked using the geoip mod.
