    Hey guys,

    This is an old site of mine that I'm looking to sell as I need some capital for a project.

    The site earns between $10 to $40 on average now without any work. Keep in mind, the earnings may be less, or may be more, on any given month. I've noticed that the earnings have been going down lately, due to the fact that I have not done any work on it in over a year.

    The site used to make around $200 a month or so back when I was advertising. The affiliate pays you $9-$30 per CLICK. If you can work on this, the potential for earning is big.

    The domain is almost 6 years old, which will definitely play in your favor SEO-wise.

    I've attached some screenshots of the earnings for the last 8 months or so.
