Anyone else seeing the '+' beside the link in the RSS feeds on their Google/ig homepage? Man, that speeds things up for me, I don't need to click on half of the links now!
Yes I was surprised to see those +'s on my rss feeds. My feeds are created by myself and static and all they are are a bunch links I use daily. What do you see if you click the +? A description?
While we are on the topic of feeds in our personalized homepage, does anyone know how to apply a css style sheet to a feed? I use the google bookmark thingy and it's nice and compact with it's vertical space, but my own rss feeds, seem to be double spaced, with too much white space at the top and bottom of the individual link in a feed. Anyone know how I can compact this?
Or in the case of my Dilbert feed, I can see the daily comic without having to click through to the site
Sometimes there's a mismatch of the headline and blurb when you click to expand the preview just before the feed is updated with a new headline. Here are a couple of screenshots: http://faithfulweb.wordpress.com/2007/01/23/google-rss-snippets-misfiring/ It's a nice enhancement otherwise.
I kind of wonder if that's just an error in the RSS feeds themselves That would make sense. It was surprising to see such an error during my first experience with the snippets and then to have it corrected so quickly.
