google displaying my site in results ?!?!?
Something is definately wrong, but I can't figure it out
Google shows my site in serps (somewhere arround 100th and moving up) The problem is that it doesn't show a part of my cached text, instead it shows my meta description, although google has cached my site Any clue or similar experiences? |

This is been perfectly normal and has been happening for quite a while. Sometimes it also shows your DMOZ description if you are in there.

If you don't have a meta description then it will pull xxx characters from your text - or dmoz if you've got an entry there.
If the meta description is present then G seems to use it quite often at the moment. |
