Up for sale is a membership site of mine with over 200 members in the OFFLINE niche.

I'm selling this due to me having no time whatsoever to update it or carry things on. I work building websites for offline clients, and i've just started a massive tele marketing campaign that involves me spending over 12-14 hrs a day building sites and making sales with my brother.

You MUST have good knowledge of offline marketing and be able to get someone to build wordpress themes based on offline niches....i send out around 10 per week...you could reduce this down to 10 per month if you wish. I'll show you how to build these for next to nothing...

Membership site runs on wishlist member, and it also has a built in forum that is active.

Most of the sales have come from membership fees which are one time payments (you could start charging monthly if you want) aswell as backend offers via affiliate links and other products i promote.

I've not updated the members area for over 2 weeks, and have stopped incoming memberships...simply because i don't have enough time.

You will need to jump right in, open the site back up for memberships and update the members area with a few new themes (i'll show you how to do this with ease...)

Some of the scripts included with the sale is a Google Maps plugin, wordpress QR code generator plugin, facebook squeezepage app and facebook coupon code app...you get ownership fo all these aswell as the dedicated websites...3 in total.
