Free Hosting Idea - need help!

I want to start a free-host with a wysiwyg editor. I've researched xpanel, ipanel, and a few other panels.

xpanel is out of the question because of the 32k +/- limit. I've had limited sucess attempting to instal ihost free-trial because the script is buggy. Being able to use multiple servers.. or clustering for load ballancing would be preferable.

The challenge is... I'm gearing this to a US audience (because of YPN) but I'll be running adbrite as well. This site will have no popups. I want a software that supports a header and footer ad. Also, I would like to be able to give my users the option to go ad-free for a small fee (between $0.25 and $1.00 per month) because I think this will be more profitable overall.

    What should I use?

Hmm, can you just add header and footer ads with Apache?

Also - I've seen cPanel everywhere... and always loved it (If that helps)

    Apache.. yes.

Cpanel might be problematic... I would still need a WYSIWYG editor as well as a a billing and inactivity system. =P

Cpanel does have a rather robust WYSIWYG editor (I think), although it's pretty hard to get too (File Manager->public_html->create file->edit with HTML editor)
