    Hi Guys,

    I need some cash and I would like to sell some of my sites.

    I'm selling HowAdvice.com this is a perfect site/domain if you want to build a "How To" oriented site like ehow or howtodothings.

    I haven't have time for this site and I would like to sell it to someone interested. There are just 7 articles on the site right now but its a good start. Traffic is few about 50 uniques monthly from search engines. See traffic screenshot at http://i54.tinypic.com/2q3dqaa.jpg

    Deleted the articles with copyscape issues. No its not spun content I bought the 5 articles from a writer at warrior forum.

    Price reduce to $37..

    @need website - the domain name is registered at Godaddy it will expire on 12/2011, I can easily transfer it to your Godaddy.com account. it is currently hosted on my reseller account at hostingzoom. I can give you 3 months free hosting, so that you'll have enough time to transfer it to your own hosting company whichever you choose. I can also help you transfer the site to your hosting server. If you decide to continue hosting with me I only charge $15 per year.

    @snipercool - the site doesn't have a revenue I didn't put adsense or other ads.
