is this real pr4 & nearly 7 years old !!!!!!!!!!!

hi all just reg this domain at namecheap that recently expired

everywere i have looked it shows pr4 and gives a domain age of just under 7 years , i may not be looking into it corectly ( blinded by the pr ) lol

I would get it unparked fast!!! Don't leave it parked.

 

Wow, shouldn't you have a higher leapfish appraisal. Mine get 11000$ and they have 0 PR. But if think you got a winner! Congratulations!

 

thanks for the reply , its just been reg at namecheap today , so it shows up as parked there i think

 

leapfish is terrible. Just makes people think their domains are worth something when in fact they aren't worth anywhere near the value stated.

PR is true but the domain is dropped. Check khasmoth's blog about verifying domain.

But does that mean an With PR aged site that is dropped and picked up will be treated as a fresh site? Also will the PR dissolve to zero in time?

 

I think so. Better ask khasmoth on his blog about that. About the PR, it won't dropped as long as it has solid backlinks. I have register few domains that are dropped but the PR still remain for almost a year now. Always check for the background always about its backlinks and it's archive.

The domain is new and I'll bet that it has no PR. The PR you are seeing is probably a result of the place it's parked.

I agree that u need to get it unparked soon as every time a bot visits a parked page the domain gets devalued and might loose the PR in the next update...

The name is catchy enough to start a website....not another directory,is it ??
