    This local site has great potential...ranked #1 on Google for the term "tarzana doctor". It has been ranked #1 for over 6 months now.

    Yes, please refer to the statistics I've provided above...if you use the Google Keyword tool, the numbers are going to be lower than the actual ones, since Google tends to be notoriously inaccurate when it comes to local keywords.
