Project Introduction:

This is a proposed mockup for a prestigious fashion company. This is not for listing products, but instead an online learning portal. Similiar to what universities and schools use. It will be to train staff. Please see the wireframe below which will give you a clearer idea of what I am after.

As the front page, it should be eye catching and enticing enough so that the user does not immediately lose interest. The Fashion company is named ‘Luner LayneG’
Key concepts: Simple, Visually Appealing, Professional

Target Audience: Aged women who have little to no web experience

NOTE, this is just a simple mock up, you do not need to follow this at all! It was just an idea I had. Please do not copy this!!

General: Please see the above mockup. The background must be black (jet black, not an offshoot like our mockup). Other than that, the color scheme is open, although should focus on white as a complimentary color.

The mockup is only a suggestion of placement and positioning. If you have an idea you would like to propose that is different from our suggested mockup, feel free to implement it.

Project Specifics:

Logo: This block will need the text ‘Luner LayneG’. Please feel free to use text effects and make a fancy looking logo. Please keep it simpleish. Alternatively if time is an issue please use a placeholder until the competition is over.

Left sidebar: The shapes of the boxes, background color, and font is open ended and may be changed. The actual text itself though is to remain the same.

Intro element: If possible include something like the header used by adrenalinmedia.com.au (I understand this is a slider so perhaps just provide one sexy image and buttons below to make it clear that it is a slider.)

Text: Dummy text. Image: Fashion/Cosmetics/Skin care/Fragrance image

Footer: We are uncertain what to suggest for the footer, but would ideally like it simple and clean. Dummy text can be used. The footer is open ended.

Transparent Border Image: (you may be better at explaining this, though basically i was thinking a side thing like the Wake petals, though they should be simple and classy).

Dimensions: 900px is the maxium width of the design

I have done multiple $100+ contests in the past, I am looking forward to seeing your entries.

Thanks for the entry katesrobyn, I can't quite give you $10 though, as I am not sure you read the opening post.

Please look at the wireframe once more, and if possible make it more e-training based. Please make sure there is a better navigational element on the page (something like a sidebar as in the wireframe?)

Please make these changes (potentially more required depending one what comes back) and hopefully you will be the first to get an easy $10!
