there was a fuss a while ago about replies that just say "send me a pm" or "pm me more info" etc.

you probably got the email for post count padding (or whatever its called), when you could of just as easy have sent him a pm yourself.

I had no time to PM him so I asked him to send the PM as I was busy with the link sales

whether this is enough for receiving an warning I think the guidelines should be more clear

    |I think there should be guidelines sticky in each and every section of the Buy sell Trade forums

But we already have a thread about infraction. If you will read that thread of VS, you will understand why you got an infraction. Not everyone may be receiving and infraction for "PM me the URL" or "Please PM more details" posts but that doesn't mean it's already allowed. Perhaps it's also a matter of luck. :D

Do not give an infraction for this!
I think you are the one who gave me an red rep"Crying Baby" for posting about infraction here

I am really a crying baby

and your red rep made me laugh

Also I think some body can work altering the code of Vbulletin to give a PM when a infraction is given to a person

Since a member can recieve email when he gets an infraction its also possible that PM can also sent automatically from the webmaster to the person who has got an infraction

"infraction" is such a serious word for these types of issues...it sounds funny in contexts like this one. And I keep wanting to think "infarction"...[grabs chest]

That was just a little warning to reduce those "send me pm" type of posts, many have received warnings for these. Do you always start a thread when you receive warnings/infractions?

No when only there is a need I will start it

After all only there are 10 infractions then how many times I could start a thread?
