Buying Wordpress developer to create themes from psd templates

    Hi,

    I have a large number of psd website templates, and I am looking for a WP developer who can convert those designs into fully functional WP themes. I am looking for someone with experience and who can create a custom options panel.

    If you are interested, let me know how much you charge and a portfolio of WP work you have done before.
