Buying Wordpress blog administrator cum blog post writer will pay fixed monthly USD

Hi,

as title suggest i want to start a blog so i need someone who can manage it efficiently in terms of everything from article writing to SEO

to start with i will give him a domain name and already bought wordpress theme
he will setup that theme ,design a custom logo for blog, install every necessary plugin
for SEO and blog management .

then after blog is setup by all means he will write atleast three 500 words unique quality article with atleast 1 image in it , everyday on topic i will give him

he will also do everything require to SEO the blog and get traffic

i will pay him a fixed monthly amount for that

so in summary

1.Can setup WordPress blog with required plugins and theme given by me (Show me some of your personal blogs or any blogs you manage)
2. Design one logo for blog
3.Write Daily 3 unique min 500 words quality articles with atleast one image in it with context of article on topic given by me(Show me some article you write)
4.Manage blog for SEO with link building and bookmarking on high traffic bookmarking sites like digg, StumbleUpon,reddit,slashdot etc
5.Atleast 4 hrs a day required he should be available on skype or any other chat

In start i will only hire for 4 days and if i like his work i will continue using his/her service
