Anyone give me a rough estimate for a garden/fencing domain and site I have... its a basic 3 page web site, each page has a pr3 rating, its listed in dmoz... Just a rough estimate...cause I have no idea what these things are worth??
Its never really been advertised dct bud, its an idea I had that I never ended up going for....I've changed business plans since...
Very difficult to judge without more info (the domain name would be useful) it will certainly have some value being in DMOZ, PR3 will help but probably not as much as being in DMOZ. If you provide the URL I'll say what I would pay (for information only)
The DMOZ listing is the wild card as some people will pay for that. 3 pages indexed PR3 Google - 0 Links MSN - 8 links Revenue - $0 I would probably put it at around $60 - $100 Someone is basically paying for the DMOZ listing and the domain as a PR3 with hardly any links and no income isn't really worth much If it was a PR4 it would go for around $90-$120 If it was a PR5 it would go for around $150-$220 Just my opinion of course
Personally I don't like the domain name itself. But I do see value in being DMOZ listed. I think the value to an end user would be $75.00-$150.00 good luck.
