Selling Established PR3 graphics forum with earnings - nearly 20,000 members

I want to sell this previously active graphics forum with its short, marketable PR3 domain name and owned vbulletin license.

Unfortunately I have neglected this site which had a PR5 ranking at one stage and was very active. The site has earns from selling text links and banners ($20/mth) as well as some (not much) earnings from google adsense and kontera. At the moment there is only a single link advertiser.

The forum also comes with its own arcade and gallery. I am also willing to continue hosting the site for 6 mths as long as it remains free of adult material.

Let's get the facts straight:

When I took over initially the site had the following stats:
1200+ traffic each month
Members: 91, Threads: 144, Posts: 634
No pagerank.

Stats now:
Over 20,000 pageviews per day.
Members: 18,889 Threads: 6,163 Posts: 32,597
Pagerank 3
The forum also has two additional customized skins, an arcade and a gallery.

The site quite different from what it was. The only thing I haven't done properly is monetize it.
I don't have the time to make this site meet its potential (as I have a portfolio of 10 other sites to maintain) though I'm sure someone out there certainly can.
For that right buyer who has an interest in PC graphics, my loss is their gain.
