Selling PR4 small forum for sale (immediately)

Daily unique visitors ~ 300 to 400
It is automatic blogging (posting) fashion related topics from other websites.

The sale is for everything , it means once you pay everything is yours including :
Vbulletin 4 Forum Classic license (worth 195$)
Database , Users , Backup , Style and everything as it is now.
should be mentioned it has a 50$ special vbulletin modification (paid before) and the logo worth 10$ designed by a user from digitalpoint few months ago .

 

I see that you're using Adsense on the forum. Can I see the revenue that you've earned for the last 3 months?

Also, you say there is 300 to 400 unique visitors per day, but can we see screen shots to proof for this because you disabled guests from viewing the "who is online" list.

Another thing - where does the majority of the traffic come from? Search engines? Other websites?

 

I added google analytics data , i think all your questions should be answered precisely according to that stats now except adsense revenue , so here is a screen shot i just took it from my adsense panel for your refrence , i can say average income is 1 dollar a day but i didnt work on it , maybe you can improve it as the site goes wider you'll have more revenue :

top priority for me is to let everything go
as i said it's a small forum although alexa/google rank and backlinks are in a high quality but not getting that much visitors or threads , at least 40-50 fashion related threads will be auto posted everyday

So I've been pm'ing the OP asking for very simple stats about the content. I was asking for the # of threads, post, members and active member. (this can be pulled off the who's online, but it's disabled for guest.. it would of taken the OP 5 seconds to copy and past it for me)

This was my pm suggesting 2 options
1. allow me access to a test account so I could see the stats
2. open the WOL up for a few minutes so I could check it out. (when had made a few pm's back and forth recently)

this was their reply...

Now I've purchased a few forums, I certainly know what I'm doing and my request wasn't out of hand. The OP wanted me to make an offer and I told them I would never do that without seeing the stats.

I'm done with this auction and this user, who BTW duplicated this action again today..lol

You can't believe I outed you? It happens when you try and abuse your power.
If you really wanted to sell the site, you would do everything possible to help sell it, this includes making a test account so THE BUYER CAN SEE WHAT THEY ARE BUYING.
As I mentioned, I do know what I'm doing as far as purchasing forums, so do many others here. You are the one being lazy and you obviously don't really want to sell the forum.
