do u take customs specs or should i only pick a package listed?? also does the 40% promo apply to the windows pre-orders?

I tried to get my refund within the 7 days allotted in their terms and conditions but HostHatch will not refund my $26 because they want a " good reason" for me to cancel.


Well it took them about 9 hours to get back to me on a simple support question. That was reason enough for me to request the cancellation but not for them... Here was their answer:
