Go4Friendship.com is a large friend finder site with over 14,600 members, powered by PHP/MySQL. It has been operating for over 18 months now.

For those of you who are turned off simply because of the fact that the design itself might not seem all that attractive, try reading up on plentyoffish.com and its adsense earnings.

The site is all custom coded by the previous owner. There is presently no administration panel integrated into the site/script. All the Adsense ads can easily be changed through include files.

Regarding the 14,600+ members:

Now, there is no way of telling how many of these members are active or how many are just duplicate accounts. The only proof that I have is a screenshot from phpMyAdmin showing the amount of records in the user table, so I'll let you have the benefit of the doubt and I won't be pumping up the price because of the member base.

The price will be based on a 10-12x revenue multiple along with PR and traffic value.

Revenue Details:

All revenue is generated via Adsense. The previous owner didn't intend for this site to generate revenue through paid memberships, but through advertisements (adsense).

The revenue can probably improve if you experiment with the ad units (colors, etc).

If you search up "go4friendship" on Google, you'll see where most of the traffic is coming from. People have stumbledupon (www.stumbledupon.com) go4friendship.com, and there are also many sites/forums linking to us.

Sorry, I can't really show you anything worthwhile about where the traffic is coming from, since I'm using Webalizer, and Webalizer is reporting the top referrers as direct visits to the site or links from within the site.

All I can say is look up "go4friendship" in Google.
