Ubuntu 11.04 Just came out this week. Has anyone tried it out yet? I just updated my PC and i love it so far. its twice as fast as 10.10 and the interface is more like a MAC.

Yes, it is quite easy to use and feels just like a smartphone. I love the dock icons glow.

How does it feel compared to 10.04?

It feels basically the same, nice and fast. There are 2 new things implemented, the launcher and the dash. You can always test it using the Live CD :)

Downloaded and installed to VirtualBox. Greeted with this:

Admittedly, I am running a pretty old version (3.2.10) of VirtualBox. But once again, I can either invest a few hours tweaking Linux to run the way I want it to, or not.
Can't be stuffed to burn the ISO. Giving up again and getting back to work. Sticking with 10.10 for now. Spitting the dummy.

Try to replace VirtualBox with VMware ESXi. like VirtualBox it's free and it supporting UBUNTU. according to my opinion VMware is much better.

I've never used VMware, this is probably a good excuse to do so. :)
I tried Ubuntu 11.04 with the latest version of VirtualBox, and it works fine. But I can't use it on my main desktop because I'm stuck with VirtualBox 3.2.10 (so I can run OSX).
