Registerly scuks, its a scam, im cheated

    I have registered with registerfly.com and transfered $6600 to my account. I sign up for their escrow service. I wanted to purchase a website from another guy. I started the escrow service beginning 1 January 2007. Then i started the same escrow service on 8 January 2006. BUT until today, they have not started the escrow service yet. It is more than 48 hours and still no respond. My money sits in their account and i cant do anything with it.

    I called them yesterday and talked to Christ and Christ said i need to talk to Glenn as he cant refund my money (its over $1000). Then he passed me to Glenn who is not around. Christ said since i openned a support ticket, he cant do anything until the support ticket is closed. BUT THE TICKET GET NO REPOND FROM THEM.

    Then i called again and got ED (who sound excatly like Christ) and ED said i need to talk to Glenn as he is upper management. Glenn is not around again. Glenn's voice message said he will be back by 12 December 2006. Thats like a month ago.

    I want to get my money back, but i cant. Since nobody responds to my request. Registerfly sucks, registerfly is a scam. Damn im angry with registerfly. Registerfly sucks. Registerfly sucks. it is a scam.

    Sorry to hear this and that you did not see all the warnings about RF here at DP.
    But if you paid with a CC you can easily do a charge back with your bank and get your money back.

    I should have been more careful. I should have tried to use at least their online chat and see how bad is their service. You generally have to wait 30 minutes before somebody say Hello. I have started a thread at Sitepoint to tell people to be CAREFUL with registerfly. At least try their online chat and you can see the problem.

    I'm going through a nighmare right now with RegisterFly. I've been trying for over a month to renew my domain names. The keep deducting my funds but nothing is renewed.

    I've paid for the same domain three times. My domain name expired and my site is now down. I have literally begged them in my support tickets to help me!

    I tried to see if I could get another registrar to register my domains but they tell me they can't do it because the expiration is too close.

    Any suggestions?

    Agreed that is a large chunk off change and your being run around.

    Call them back and this time explain that your sick off this bullshit and want your money back, if funds are not restored then you will be notifiying the ( BBB ) better business beurue as well as taking measures to ensure that they will never burn anyone else ....as their site will get shut down.
    notify any and all acount processers who deal with them get them
    offline at all costs.

    Its all you can do at this point.
