    Thank you all.

The site was hosted few years ago on other domain, now it's on temporary free server - that's right, the ads are placed by hosting company.

    It was rejected.

So I wanted to get some objective opinions before giving another shot and resubmitting it.

If you still not accepted by google, try blogger and put some content on it and apply, surely you'll approved within couple of days..

Google does not like pop ups. They stop Adwords campaigns if pop ups are found and I believe pop ups are against Adsense TOS.

There were no popups. If you see any, it's this hosting provider's popups.

Actually the issue was "disabling the back button". If a popup is on top than you can hit backspace or Alt <- to get back to Google. If the pop up comes in later or is a pop under they might tolerate it but I have had Adsense campaigns put on hold due to pop ups disabling the back button. I think I have some pages where the pop up happens later that are OK.
