I just started a website. http://www.homeusersecurity.com, its not even finished, its still in the design phase and the only place I have links is in my DP signature. Over the past week I've gotten about 20 adsense clicks and all of them are over $1 per click. 20 clicks $27.20.

I guess I have good things in store. :D

Dont be too surprised thogh if that figure comes down quite a bit. It seems a lot of people complain they start off with a bang and then see a big drop in cpc.

I'll post an update on DP if anything changes....I only have two leaderboard ad units...do you think that has anything to do with it?

Nice work with the $1 click, I have seen some $2 clicks this week, and a fair few $1.50+.
Lets hope your clicks continue to pay out this much!

I suggest you edit your niche... you don't want competitions this early.

Are all the clicks $1 plus or is that an average figure?

I averaged more than $1.50 per click today. I better hurry and finish this website. I probably won't be posting for a while. :D

yesterday I had $5.24 from 6 clicks from one of my sites. Its an old domain but haven't been online for a while and I just put it on a week ago. It gets like 15 uniques per day and in the past couple of days the cpc was 40%. That amazes me how G works

I don't do AdSense stuff for a living and not very familiar with CPC payment ranges. However, $1 per click sounds like a good deal to me. Congrats buddy.

Congrats. Those $1+ clicks are great. Problem is, you begin to expect that. When you start getting $.25 clicks or $.56 clicks, you get disappointed, even though those are really decent numbers.

Well done, keep up the good work, your site look good as well so with the right sort of promotion you should do well.

I had a $1+ click the other day, first click of the day.
2nd was for $0.08, I guess it evens itself out eventually!!!

There is a good reason for this ...new sites have favorable cpm as they have no history.

Once google learns, and cpm settles, so to do the pennies :D

    settle down that is :(

Oh hell I just looked at the site home user security????? there should be security related ads correct???
