to the Olympic you are not violating any trademark issue.

If you are using the domain for general info, parking or selling affiliate products you are not violating

Wow you are realy deasperate to sell this domain and even for the reserved price after all your big talk about its worth, i guess it ain't even worth 5$.

i must say you seems more and more like a very sneaky menpulative bastered. if you didn't won't me to know the reserved price you shouldn't have told it to me so readly and every other user who asked you (if someone is violating something and sholud be banned it's you). but i guess you chose to omit that part of your answer to my question.

yes my repeted bids were made just to check if the reserved price is what you said it is or maybe lower than that. and i was honest on my intentions of buying it. my repeted email were becouse i am a novice in this area and had alot of simple questions. all my bids were made (accept the first one) only after your replies and based upon them. i find it very hard to belive you didn't know anything about this trademarkting issue like you claim now, and even if so i thinks it's your responsiblity to know the information about what you selling or at least answer honstly and say "i don't now you should check it out" insted of "none" which was your replay.

i told you about what i found well a head in advance before the closing of the bid and told you to delete them, i didn't sabotage anything. even not deleting them my bid was the reserved. if some had wanted to buy it he could have made so easliy.

this user had also made further attempts to rush me into buying this domain at lower price then the BIN in an unfair way to others, this was a few moments after i made my bids:

i also found repeated attapmts to sell this domain in earlier dates, one of which is from a user named: seocracker which was banned (march 14, 2011, maybe it's you?). i would caution users to do a thourgh background check if anyone entertain the thought of buying it in the future.

You should not bid first. Instead you should check out and do your research before
bidding.

You are bidding like a kid and now you back out. You should read DP rules that
all bids were final and once you hit the reserve you are bound with the terms.

Sorry, I must end this nonsense dealing with a Peon. You better read more
about the terms in this forum before transacting any business.
