Selling Health site - PR2 and number 1 in Google search

    I am looking to sell the website inadequatehealth.com.

    If you Google "inadequate health" you will see that we are number one. According to Google, there are about 19,000,000 results for that keyword combination and we are number one.

    This site has great potential but I do not have time to develop and promote it.

    The articles you can see on the site are partly originals, but they are not all original.

    Earnings come from adsense and link sales. My earnings are around $10-15 per month, if we consider the last 6 months. Most of the links sales I made I sold here on DP so it should be easy to replicate my income. ATM there are no paid links on the site.

    Traffic is low, you should expect ~30 UV per day but if you add 1-3 articles per week it will surly increase. As I mentioned above, I do not have time to write articles and I didn't want to add many duplicate content.

    Later edit: Because someone PM'd me and told me that $10 is too much, I have lowered the minimum increment to $5.
