    I am selling my Motorola Xoom community site/forum. http://www.xoomcommunity.com

    The site was started in mid-January of this year. Motorola launched the Xoom on February 24th.

    The site is based on Joomla, and has a Jomsocial, Kunena, Myblog, and Jomcomment, Akeeba backup (among others) components installed.

    Also comes with Twitter account with almost 400 followers.

    This is a great site, that can grow tremendously with the right owner.
    Revenue comes primarily from Adsense.

    Adsense ~$75 per month

    CJ ~$30 per month

    I have also had 1-2 other companies already ask me about advertising directly on the site. Due to time constraints, I have not had time to develop an advertising plan for this. The new owner could take advantage of this, and increase revenue from direct advertisers.

    I have spent a lot of time getting the site positioned in Google. The site currently ranks for the following:

    Xoom Forums - Google rank between 1-4

    Xoom Forum - Google rank between 1-4

    Motorola Xoom - Google rank between 9-16

    The site is getting many new registrations per day, and is growing rapidly as the demand for the Xoom grows.

    The blog is the content unique or is it autoblog could I see proof of traffic and revenue also would you be telling the new buyer about the companies wanting to buy advertisement also what is your reserve

    All articles are unique, no autblog stuff. I will share potential advertisers with prospective buyer. I will upload traffic and revenue soon.
