    Hi there,

We have created two screenshot tours. These screenshots are not publically available at this time (though I guess they will be after I post this link!) and I'm hoping you folks might have some thoughts to share.

    SCREEN SHOT TOURS

    Thanks in advance,

Very nice job on them! I love how you made it with gif's - instead of a flash file (like most other sites would do). Same functionality, faster loads (except in-between - but at least you don't have a long startup time), same effectiveness.

    Great work.

    Thanks everyone. One more question:

    1) what size business (i.e. how many clients) does this solution look like it is intended for?

    Thanks!

Just signed up to see how I works...

    First feedback...

Easy to setup - can you replace mobile phone by Toll Free or just add Toll Free?
    Quite straight forward to use!
    - can you add a client tab? now you have users which takes care of staff and clients, it would be easier to manage :)
    - also can you add * for mandatory fields?

Great tool I'll try with real customers.

that's great, thanks for the feedback

    - you can put any phone number you like in the mobile phone field, toll-free or otherwise, i will mention your idea for a toll-free field though
    - re: clients tab, if you do not have any staff and are looking to use it only for invoicing, there is a feature called "streamlined", you can set it from your home page by clicking on in the "simplify your system" box....once set, your users tab changes to a clients tab, and all other tabs except invoicing and reporting go away
    - adding * for mandatory fields is a good idea, i'll pass that on

fyi, if you have other feedback, you can always send it by clicking logout and filling in the feedback form. the support guys are really good at responding. We've got 14,000 users so we must be on the right track. Thanks again for the feedback.

Nice job. Seems easy to digest and the info/navigation is very well done.

I disagree with the suggestions to Flash-ize this... keeping it as HTML/gifs gives you better ability to analyze visitor behavior once they're in the tour (i.e. pagteviews and hits within logs/pagetags). This ultimately will help you improve your conversion rates.

Here's the million dollar question: Does it make you want the product?

    If yes: why?
    If no: why not?

    Thanks very much.

    If yes: why?
I'm a travel agent and I'm looking for a tool where customers can pay then download their travel documents.
I would like to understand how long do we spend on a client to organize their travel needs. Not to charge the client but to know where we fail and where we make money.
My people are mainly working from home - a web-based aps is always very welcome.

That;s why I want to deeply try it.

Just back from Vacation. Thanks plmerlin. Anyone have an opinion about the tours? DO the tours make you want the product? Are they compelling? Thanks.
