This will only stop people from using your code on any other site.
Anybody can see your code at any time by viewing the source code.

No, Google will recognize this activity and not pay for it. As long as it is not from your IP then you should be ok. If you notice this activity you can send a request to Adsense and notify them and ask them what to do in this situation. Also, you can ask your question in Adsense forum and get better detailed advice there. I have never had this issue so I can not say for 100% sure but if I had the question I would ask them or post in the Adsense forum.
You may also me able to block the IP that is doing the clicking.

Nice tips to secure adsense account. But its impossible to totally overcome from invalid clicks or activity because you cant always trace your fraud activities. So Google may banned anytime.

    1. If visitors click on ads without their intention may called Invalid clicks.
    2. Using interesting Image around ads to concentrate the visitors that these ads links are related to image.
    3. Visitors of your site click on ads to help you, is also called invalid click.
    4. One or more of your competitors click on your ads brutally to get disabled your Adsense account is also called "invalid clicks"

you can control above two points (1,2).
but point 3 and 4 are not in your hand just be positive.

    solution:
Make sure visitors are genuinely interesting to click on ads.
