Vintage Henrik Larsson scores on his debut
Vintage Ole Gunnar Solskjaer scores the winner in 3rd FA Cup defeat of Aston Villa
The Reds come out 2-1 Winners on the Day

Terrific performance by Larsson playing for his first game for Manchester United :)

Yeah, you lot got very lucky at the end, I don't think the strike was too good, looked like the keeper played a part in the goal (the wet slippery conditions couldn't have helped either).

I feel sorry for the poor sods who went to see the spurs play cardiff, first the train was late, conditions were crap, the game wasn't very good (very frustrating) and we didn't win. We'll do them at the lane though ;]

Replays must be lucrative for the lower league sides since there's a greater chance to TV rights second time round.

Man Utd were pretty poor converting the many chances they had but then again, Aston Villa didn't great many themselves either so all in all a deserved result IMO.

That was great results for Manchester United and good to saw two old player give 2-1 win over Aston Villa. They played well in second half but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer once agian give united win.

Next week in EPL both team will meet once agian. This time Manu surly beat them by major distance.

United stroll past Villa once more 3-1 goals from Park, Carrick & Ronaldo
14 different players have scored goals this season as United pass the 50 goal marker for the season

Now have 13 more points at the same time of the season as when they won the League last time, still 6 points clear of Chelsea

Things are looking pretty good :)

Great post should add some sizzle to the thread :D

I am a die hard United supporter but Arsenal build some great exciting footballing teams and the Arsenal side now just lacks experience but they have the talent for sure

But United supporters will support the team win or lose
    Once a Red always a Red ;)

With players like Jens Lehmann ,Francesc Fabregas ,Tomas Rosicky ,Fredrik Ljungberg, Robin Van Persie, Thierry Henry, Theo Walcott i don't think we are lacking experience , i have to admite i think the players are missing Dennis Bergkamp he was one true arsenal player that was always in the right place at the right time , and getting use to the the new Emirates Stadium will take some time.

But still Arseanl fans have got somthink what Man U has not and thats the 30 unbeaten runs we got in 2004 where we beat Man U's unbeaten title

    http://arsenal.timglass.co.uk/viewnews.php?newsid=65

P.S where did you find all the trophies won by Man U

More important thing is there are only 15 matchs to the season end and we are 6 points ahead of chelsea. That means we just need 13 match to win the title.

Next weekend is more impoartant for English crowen because there two big match on this weekend:

    Arsenal v Mancheseter United.
    Liverpool v Chelsea.

Manu is favourite to win match agianst Arsenal because of good form of Manu and stronger formation.

While Liverpool never lost a single match at home in EPL since 2005.

So might be Manu ahead by 9 points at this weekend.

    My predictions are:

    Arsenal 1-3 Manchester United
    Liverpool 2-1 Chelsea :)

Don't you mean it will be...

    Arsenal 3-1 Man U
    Chelsea 2-0 Liverpool

Also i know Liverpool and Arsenal's last to games was not Premier League matches but Liverpool lost 2 games at home correct me if im worng but i am 90% them games was both at Liverpools home ground

Arsenal 3-2 Liverpool i think it was without checking
Arsenal 6-3 Liverpool now that was one hell of a beating with only reserve Arsenal players.

I agree 6-3 is a bad scoreline anyday, but do you consider Lee Peltier and Gabriel Palletta to be our best centrebacks?? Nobody barring Gerrard was a first team regular in that game.

    And both were cup games.

Liverpool's record at home is up there with the best. It is our away form which sucks and which is why we are not there at the top.

Arsenal 1:3 Man U is a result that will definitely not occur. :) We never see those scores when its a match between Arsenal, Man U, Chelsea. It's going to be deadlock for the first 60 minutes and then we're going to have 1 goals from each side most likely, since that is what we're seeing for the last few years between these three sides. When the three are playing, they probably play the fastest soccer in the world. Once you get scored, in a matter of minutes, an equalizer is produced.

My prediction is Arsenal 1:1 Man U or MAYBE 1:0 or 0:1. I don't see any of the two sides scoring more than a goal. Arsenal allowing 3:1 in their current form isn't really all that realistic. Gilberto being absent will be a major hit for us, but I see Cesc and Rosicky outplaying Scholes and Giggs (since Park will be left) with Hleb and v.Persie on the sides to get most likely the Ronaldo, Park combo. If Park and Giggs switch often along with Ronaldo, I see them outplaying Hleb's side and making many crosses there. But if it's Ronaldo vs v.Persie, it's going to be quite a match to see. Henry and Adebayor starring at the front for Arsenal with Rooney and Larsson for Man U. Henry/v.Persie/Adebayor and Ronaldo/Park(his first goal at EPL was against Arsenal)/Larsson seems to the scorers. Of course one on each side.

Anyways, it's going to be a heck of a match.

By the way, I'm a Gunners fan. :)
