Hi, you can try to search for submit suite it fits your needs and it's only a semi automated. I bought mine last month I think.

I really don't mind manual directory submission but the free directories all require a reciprocal link. I am putting the code they give us on a free resources page that is one click in to my site but for some reason lately after I past the code in and click to build the page and go back to the directory I am submitting to and click submit they all say I have not put the code in. What can I do about this.

By the way is free submission using reciprocal links any good or do I need to pay. If I need to pay how do I know which directories are worth paying.

this is untrue ((free directories all require a reciprocal link))) My soft ware only list ones with out them no recip ... thats the way to go

There are many software available but many directories do not allow or entertain automatic listing. For this they install image verification or such stuffs. For this you then need some army of captcha as well.

So its better to submit manually other than using software and getting your website submitted to junky directories only.

There are a number of services to recognize captcha ... these services can easily connect to the web human emulator or same program and normally work with it.
