Google took it's mighty sword and stabbed Article Marketing right in the heart. However, the changes are only in the USA for the time being. The problem is a majority of our Digital Point content creation friends are in foreign nations and they are still churning out article content in the Content category and looking for article writing work in the Content Creation category like crazy. This represents a large disparity between the content we USA based webmasters now need, and what the creators know how to make. Not sure if they are really dead yet. Will have to wait and see if ezine and the others can recover. Don't forget that ehow did even better with the changes which is absurd and can't possibly be what google wanted.
Matt Cutts has said he thought the update did it's job when confronted with that question, and when asked why Suite101.com too such a huge dive. either way, let's try and come up with new content for the creators here and keep this thread on topic
As someone said above, concentrate on quality articles/content. This IMO will always be the best way to get Google to like your site.
