    Hello! =D

I have a few e-Gold questions, so I would like them answered! =D Maybe we can make this thread some type of e-Gold 101 or something.. :p

Anywho, so I've had an e-Gold account for a really long time now. Actually, my original account was like terminated because I never used it, so I made another one a few months ago. :(

I want to use it. I hear it is great. I don't know how to use it though! How do I upload funds into my e-Gold account without using a bank account? Also, how do I receive payments from other e-Gold members and non e-Gold customers who want to use their debit/credit cards to pay? Can anyone provide me with fees associated with e-Gold too?

    Thanks.

Is there a link you can provide me to an exchanger or two for e-Gold? Seems like an odd service...

Does e-Gold provide debit card solutions like PayPal does?

I'll add a question if I may. If you buy egold from exchangers and not directly from egold; where do the exchangers buy gold from?

I know it doesn't actually matter, but still.

Lol! I don't think you have to worry about that. :) As they are recommended exchangers by egold so they will have contacts with any of egold representative. :p

No it's not. Exchangers buy e-gold from omnipay which is owned by people who own e-gold.com.

Minimum purchase is $1,000.00 by wire transfer.

The mystery is solved now :D

    LOL

As i mentioned on my other e-gold related thread, e-gold open a money making opportunity.

Not every e-gold account holder can afford to buy $1,000.00. So if you have more than $1,000.00 i think it's a good idea to open your own e-gold exchanger :D

I can provide the script for anyone who are willing to open e-gold exchanger on their country. Just show me some proof that you have a bunch of money to start the biz ;)

You can also cash out your money through the exchangers (I think). If you have more than $30 you can open an account at scriptlance.com and withdraw it as a check or to your paypal, and receive a 1% bonus. The site is a freelancer site that needs egold to be able to pay. Just a thought.

Yes it is freelance site. A lots of programmers on scriplance asking e-gold as a payment method for a completed project, SL will surely need some e-gold.

You can do that since there is 0% paypal withdrawal fee on SL. But don't forget that paypal charge you some money for receiving fund :D

mygcard is a kind of exchanger but they issue a debit card. I think a local exchanger is the fastest and cheapest way to get your e-gold into cash

That's 10% not 1%, plus the exchangers charge you 3% for exchanging. The e-gold exchangers also buy e-gold from people who are cashing out, not just Omni pay.

Not specifically Gcard :) but a debit card (many sites providing such cards but gcard is a reliable one). Actually there are two things I don't like about egold that are:

1)- member cant fund his/her egold account using a credit card/ bank account.
2)- You can't withdraw funds directly to your bank account or through a check.

If egold take initiative and these two options I bet that it will beat paypal in no time :)

I 100% agree with you. One more thing, 'a buyer feedback system' :D

Yep! I missed that. Well recently Egold took some action against fraud accounts which seems to be a positive sign. Hopefully they will soon implement some more systems (who knows, but atleast we can hope)
