    Hi all ,

    Today Im selling one of my biggest and most popular web directories .

    This directory is well ranked in Alexa and it has promoted very well . But I have not promoted it for a long time so there are a lot of potential remain for next owner :)

    Its built on PHPLD free version .

    Some statistics from this site:

    Active Links: 18422

    Categories: 3533

    Daily submission: Between 150-250

    Alexa rank: 31432 ( Growing every day )

    Revenue : Now it has 5-6 feature links and the revenue of them is around $10-$12 a month . Also I have set up adsense on this site but I don't track it in separate channel but you can expect at least $10-$15 monthly from adsense .

    Please note that this website became neglected for a long time so if you focus on promoting it you can expect more revenue from this site .

    It has integrated with a powerful Paypal payment system and selling feature links is not that hard ;)

    Also there are some other possibility for monetizing this site:

    -Selling Links on text-link-ads.com, backlinks.com , DP and other webmasters forums
    -Selling Click bank Products
    -Selling Banner Ad Space on the directory
    -Selling email list ( Please note that mostly webmasters submit their links at directories )
    -Reselling the directory at a price 3 times more by making a little more effort

    Traffic details:
    I have not tracked this directory via GA but I installed Awstat on my VPS since 11 of Jan .

    UV:3841 PV:36530

    Feb (1-24):
    UV:4623 PV:48675

    No one in their right mind would by this site as it is primarily a "link farm" site (it buys and sells links)

    Google frowns on these kind of sites, and bans/penalizes them regularly

    You don't have enough knowledge of SEO and Google terms and rules :)

    This is not a link farm , Its a link directory just like Dmoz.com ;)
