130$ Homepage Design

Hi All,

I would like to design a website homepage layered PSD only.

The website is a Free Brochure/Catalog website where visitors can visit and request brochures. There are 2 other competitor websites, however I feel their designs are outdated and I would like to design a competing website that has wonderful web 2.0 design and and an amazing appeal that can have its own social fan following on facebook, twitter etc.

I would like the homepage to be very sticky i.e. low bounce rate and extremely appealing.

It is trendy and it has all the features of a Web 2.0 designs and at the same time with such a good home page it is hard for visitors to not follow on facebook or just leave without further browsing.

The successful designer will go on to design further design pages.
The email newsletter
The facebook fan page
Other Marketing material.

There is a lot to be earnt for the winning designer in the form of follow up work.

I understand some of you may find this a very modest budget however, This has been kept low to reward the winner with more work which will be appropriately priced.

Sorry I didn't mention that. No Coding, just pure layered PSD.

The reason I have not set a deadline is, at times I have noticed quality work does not come within the set amount of time. In such cases with proper feedback the results keep improving until the desired end result is achieved.

Thanks for the entries, I can see they are very good entries. I wasn't expecting the first entry to be so clean and with times. I am kind of used to seeing 90's style here. So thanks for that.
Now for the feedback I have to say
1) the layout is nice, clean and well layed out.
2) the design is a quite simple, and looks more corporate. Feel free to take a few risks with icons, illustrations as long as you do not make the design too cartoony but yet very stylish and web 2.o styled.
3) I like how you are presenting the brochures it looks nice, perhaps what we need some colour and brochure pics to see the overall effect.
4) A strong call to action is needed to register and order FREE brochures.
5) A strong call to action is also needed to subscribe.
6) The footer is nice and has a very good layout Im sure it will look perfect when we have the right colour palette for the whole site.

I know from what I have seen you wouldn't copy it but you will bring the same style in your designs.

P.S We are targeting lots of facebook fans so we need to have some facebook like us call to action as well
