Selling [sorry for repost] 100% of W3Theory hosting, programming, SEO and design

Sorry for re-posting this, but I am unfamiliar with the way these auction system works. After speaking to my partner, we have decided to sell 100% of http://www.w3theory.com

The reason for selling is apparently we both don't have the time to put into it anymore, and this site we have put a HUGE amount of effort into, including multiple template changes and stress. All the work is done by us and we have sole rights to it.
We aren't in any rush to get rid of it.
The site has had some great reworks done to it, we have a blog integrated and a news system. A lot of SEO work has also been done.

The traffic is purely from SEO, and that only began a few weeks ago, with advertising you could have a lot of traffic towards the site. The site has active Facebook and Twitter, with 460+ followers, there is also a easy to add/alter Twitter bot for you at your disposal.

The monthly revenue is around $1,000 - we made around $5,000 in 3 months from mainly graphic design (as we seem to attract a lot of people wanting graphics) Although we get some clients who want programming to. We also have hosting clients that have been steadily growing. Me and my partner are willing to stay around as programmers and designers.

In the past few weeks, the site has been growing at a steady pace and doing great, again, with a little bit of advertising you could easily make an even better site out of it.
