    I have not been as active on this forum to maintain and sell ad space lately, the reason for the sale. This forum has a very nice custom theme, many custom additions in the back end as well. Huge members data base, as well as many active members who stop by daily, weekly, etc.
    Revenue when I was more active was about $1,000.00 a month w/o trying to sell adspace, doing a little promotion on selling ad space and one could make more.
    Currently the forum still makes a few hundred dollars a month w/o doing any work to it at all mostly all from selling ad banners.

    Traffic for the past 2 months are as follows from awstats:

    Are they recurring sales? and how much is each space generating?

    Ad space is being sold using Pay Pal, there is an ad management system attached to the forum
    The ad space is setup for recurring, while i was more active i had absolutely no problem selling several $60 header banners a month 'plus those still running' and other spots on the forum. I have some still running now, and just sold one the other day, but again I am not active there atm. The forum needs an active admin.
    VB license. it's the old VB
    The theme is custom but i can put you in contact with the person who designed it.

    I honestly do not know what the exact revenue was the past few months. this is how 'inactive' i have been on the site. I know even still, til this day w/o being active on it for a long time i net in the hundreds a month with banner ads, adsense, etc.
    Each header banner is $60 and never had a problem selling those. and other spots.
