Selling up to 30% share of my Online Beauty/Talent Pageant (huge potential!!!)

Hello:
I am the founder and owner of Lady of Universe Online Beauty Pageant. http://www.ladyofuniverse.com The site is very unique and very differant from any other websites. It's currently listed in yahoo directory and wikipedia. Pr is around 3 to 5, google bar shows incorrectly because it doesn't update too often. 1210 members in total as December 30th, 2006.
The site currently has hundrends of professional models as contestants including three international celebrities:
Jayla Rubinelli (#4 in American next top models TV show)
Lisa Hughes (Winner of Miss Bikini Great Britiain 2006)
Louise Burns (Bass and singer of the band Lillix)
and many other local celebrities.
The future revenue will NOT depend on site advertisement but something else (actually a combination of things, I will tell you after you become my business partner). I am looking for one business partner and willing to sell up to 30% share of this pageant. The person should be highly motivated, and willing to contribute time and efforts into this pageant.
After you become my business partner, I will disclose the following information: Development plan, monetary plan, corporate relations plan.

Mandatory Requirment:
Highly motivated with broad vision.
Responsible and trustworthy.
Sufficient business communication skills and social skills.
Strong financial background
Clean Criminal Record

Preferred qualities:
Good website development skills.
Can travel to Toronto once in a while
Willing to move if it becomes very successful
