Get the lastest news from index-it.net

Index-it.net now offers the lastest news articles from around the internet. When a vistor goes into a certain category they will get the lastest news related to that category. For example if a vistors goes into the sports category they will get the most recent news articles related to sports.

The articles are being pulled from some of the most respected sites on the net, like the new york times, espn, google, search engine watch, matt cutts and more. What is kool about this feature is that if you hit the refresh button you will see a new set of articles display on that page.

I still have a few tweaks to work out but so far it has been working out great with the search engine spiders, plus the content is 100% seo friendly (although I have placed a no follow on the links pointing to the article, no need to pass pr to an article that will not always be on this site), which means that when google comes by and views the site, the fresh content that is displayed at that time will be re-cached and the site is given credit for being updated.

This is great for users, instead of seeing a bunch of adsence ads, they are seeing up to date articles relevant to what they are looking for, so instead of sending them to a site that is tring to sell them something they are being pointed to a site that will offer them quality information.

I still have a few categories that I need to break down but for the most part each category pulls it owns set of relevant articles. Feel free to check it out.

So what is the advantage of this? The advantage is that since every category will be updated every single day the search engine spiders will visit the directory more often and therefore will also visit the sites that are listed more often as well.

Note: Sometimes when you go into a category the articles are not displayed, just hit your refresh button and they should pop up, as I said I have a few tweaks to work out. Another good reason why you should submit your site to index-it.net
