How i get this type of result in wordpress

HI !!!

I am new i wordpress ... i need little help

recent i visit this blog_www.dailytut.com(this site is not mine)

e.g article in front page like this

now my questions is

1.-How it possible write this type because when i insert picture ...text goes down not in alignment

2.When you click image or click it will open full post but that thumbnail we see in front page it will not appear in full post but this is in the mid page

1: Click on the image in wp-admin editor and align it to left or right by clicking the text alignment icons.
2: The thumbnails are actually created by a php script it can be selecting the featured image from post and creating its thumbnail imge to be displayed on home.

 

pmp123 answered all of your question. Depend on your theme if they support the featured image. If they don't, you might want to check his out and I'm sure it will useful for you.

how i can create this type of menu because when we click the "facebook" button it shows "facebook"" post , when we click "Apple" its show "Apple" posts ..... because when i try this in wordpress i only able create categories not able to show like this

 

most of the themes now a days use categories as top menu. If your theme doesn't support that use this:
